    Okay… Deep breaths… I have taken the leap into e-commerce and online services… As of today, I have posted a “Work With Me” page on my Powerful Beyond Measure website. It offers my first product, the Cancer Coaching Package. I don’t have the e-commerce arrangements in place yet, but I’m starting to be approached to counsel and support others going through cancer treatment, so the time has come to offer it as a structured service.     Focaccia Bread

    Silly me! I posted on Instagram this morning about my bread recipe with a link to this blog, but then realized that my focaccia bread recipe wasn’t actually there – just the incredibly high fibre version called Keto Magic Flax Bread. So here’s the regular bread… This morning, I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon and about 3/4 cups chopped pecans to make a “sweet” version of my bread. Less ideal for soups and stews, but very satisfying as a breakfast bread. I love my silicon mat for baking this bread. So simple. But parchment paper will work too.     I don’t usually care much for keto baking. I firmly believe that continuing to rely on sweet-tasting foods while trying to maintain a ketogenic diet is defeating the purpose. There’s solid evidence now that consuming diet beverages (artificially sweetened soda pops, etc.) can stimulate an insulin response in the body similar to that produced by sugar.     Liver – Tips and Hacks for Adding the Ultimate Superfood to Your Diet

    I’m lucky. I like liver. Always have. It was part of the weekly rotation of foods in my home growing up. Mostly because it was an inexpensive meal, but also because we all liked it. Mom loved cooking it because it took only minutes to fry up. Her version was dredged in seasoned flour. Then dropped into a hot oiled cast iron frying pan.
